Therapy & Clinical Evaluation
OUR APPROACH
Therapy grounded in clinical skill and human connection.
Our therapists and psychologists bring extensive clinical experience and a range of evidence-based approaches to every patient — and a shared commitment to understanding each person before any treatment plan is developed.
Therapy at BAM Psych attends carefully to your history, strengths, relationships, values, and the broader context of your life. Sessions are collaborative and interactive — oriented toward insight, practical skills, and meaningful, sustainable change that carries into everyday life.
Our clinicians aim to work in close contact with other members of your care team. For patients receiving both therapy and psychiatric services within BAM Psych, that coordination happens naturally within the practice.
WHO WE SEE
Care for where you are in life.
Adolescents & Young Adults
Adolescents, college students, and emerging adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity, academic pressure, family stress, and the transition toward independence. Age ranges vary by clinician and service.
Adults & Couples
Adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, life stress, and patterns that feel difficult to change — from early adulthood through later life. Couples working through communication, intimacy, and relational dynamics that have become hard to shift.
Families
Family therapy for parents, children, siblings, and multi-generational households navigating conflict, communication difficulties, major transitions, or challenges that affect the family as a whole.
ADHD & Autism
Therapy for adolescents and adults with ADHD or autism, including support with executive functioning, emotional regulation, burnout, sensory sensitivities, and social or relational challenges. Care is neurodivergent-affirming and grounded in a strengths-based approach.
Professionals & Healthcare Workers
Professionals in healthcare, technology, law, finance, academia, and other high-responsibility fields — navigating burnout, perfectionism, work-life balance, and the toll that demanding careers can take on relationships and sense of self.
Women's Mental Health
Therapy for women navigating the emotional and psychological dimensions of reproductive transitions and hormonal change — including PMDD, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause — and the identity and role shifts that accompany each stage.
THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES
A range of evidence-based approaches.
Our clinicians draw from a broad range of therapy modalities, integrating approaches in ways that are tailored to each individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all framework.

Clinical Evaluation
Your clinician takes time to understand your history, concerns, relationships, strengths, and goals — building a clear picture of who you are before any treatment approach is developed.
